guys' haircuts

just wanted to get some women's opinions. if a guy's starting to go bald, is it better to just keep the hair short (a number 2 say) or shave it all off (a number 1 all over)?

annoyingly, it's a family trait that we all start to thin out and lose our hair around 20, and i'm 22 and it's starting to happen to me. what haircut would any women recomend to stay attractive?

I'll go ahead and assume we're talking about your head before someone makes a smart-ass comment - They're bound to at some point.

OK... I'm a guy and I'm straight, so you probably won't pay much attention to my advice on this one but SHAVE IT!!! Best thing I ever did to my hair - It's clean, it's cheap, it's easy, it has almost zero maintenance, it'll never go out of fashion, it looks better than going bald at twentysomething, it makes guys think you're tough and girls love stroking it... What more do you want?

I love shaving my head - By now it's almost a ritual.

depends....if u look better with some hair, then just keep it short.....wouldnt shaving it make ur head look smaller[:p]

baldness suits certain ppl...shave it, see how it looks, if its bad, let it grow for 3 weeks....and then ur set

I shaved my head once. Shaved head and a goatee..looks badass. Just...I had godawful razor burn for like 2 weeks...looked like i have the plague or something. I just think i look better with my short spikey hair, might shave it again this summer tho...

Just take you time the first few times, after you've shaved it a few times it's as easy as shaving your face... of course you have to grow a beard

I am cursed with the same hair pattern. I'm 25 and my hair is already leaving me. Anyway, I buzz mine with a number one. I have a "chin strap" beard and it's the same length as my head hair. I think it looks pretty decent.

Here's a couple pics I took the other day while playing with my webcam...the end result.
