i suck in pretty much all proper lifts and then exell in the most useless **** there is like:

Tricep pushdown - Tokar is much stronger bencher than me but i push more in this than him. Same goes for some other useless tricep exercises.

Rows - i kick arse with these, but so what, its useless!!!

Anything basically that I can get under and just push till I think Im going to burst a blood vessel. If I have to hang on and pull or grab something and extend its no use. I guess I think if Im pushing it, its gonna crush me or Im going to move it. Then again deadlifts are a contradiction to myself . . . hmmmmm

    209lbs, 5'9
    475lbs x3 - deadlift (belt)
    420lbs x3 - squat (belt)
    315lbs x2 - bench(wrist wraps) - Prefer dips/pressing
