RE: gymbabeliz - wrist flexion help
When i came back to doing gym again after several years off, my wrists hurt like you wouldnt believe just doing handstands and stuff. But after a while it wore off, it could be just a case of getting used to it again. My wrists definitely got stronger though just from making sure i held them really straight doing bicep curls and similar, so it could be combination of increasing the strength aswell. Personally I never did any specific wrist work and the pain went away anyway.
How long have you been having the problems for and is it getting worse rather than better?
