gymnastic training/non weights workouts

I know a couple of people have asked me in the past about gymnastics type conditioning, well for anyone who's interested in bodyweight strength or just wants to try something non-dumbell based, I just found this site which describes fairly well quite a lot of the stuff I like to do

    Thanks for the link Liz.

Lee have you tried them workouts? Take a look at todays for example : Three rounds for time of:
    Run 400 meters
    Hang squat clean 95X21
    12 Ring dips

So we are supposed to have weights available after running? Also, there isn't many of us who have access to rings is there?

Well no boxer, but it does give alternative training such as bodyweight and gymnastic training as suggested by liz. If you dont like the look of the workout you dont have to do it. I only posted the link for anyone who may be interested.
