hi guys

aftrer loosing some body fat during a cut of epi and being para about stuff on cycle - eca does not help this. I have had a good feel around the nipples and above them there is a small little lump that i can feel. how do you know if its gyno or just a gland or something underneath the nipple skin

is it itchy, irritated, inflamed?? if not then it's probably just your mind playing tricks... you will know if you begin to feel gyno coming on... generally itchy nips being first and foremost IME but as everyone is different I would suggest nolva if you are feeling any of these symptoms.

    not itchy or achey

but above one of the nips there is hard little bean - could this be a gland or is it estrogen related gyno?

continue letro and dont do the nolva for now, if it hasnt gone in another week or 2 most with letro you will have to get surgery or live with the lump.

    the GLAND is the GYNO

the gland isn't necessarily the gyno... true enough that IS where gyno takes place, as gyno is the enlargement of the mammary gland... but both male and female have these glands!! but don't mistake the small mammary gland lump which is normal in all males for gyno. I don't believe from my research or personal exp that taking those preventative meds post cycle will put you at any great risk... but it may be unnesessary to take them if there are no symptoms... which if there is no inflamation and no itchiness and everything feels fine I would say that it isn't a problem.  here is a quick link for an overview of gyno http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gynecomastia

the thing is i am unsure that is why i asked the question, before deiscovering little lump above nipple, it was not sore or inflamed. But because i wanted to examine and check it out it is a little sore. There was no itchyness. How can i differentiate between gyno or normal gland.tissues

well for one....  what do mean above the nipple?? how far?? to find the gland... place your thumb and index finger approx 1 centimeter out from the outer edge of the circumference of your nipple, and then gently pinch together not taking just the skin of the nipple but everything and you should be able to feel a lump... that is the mammary gland. if there is another lump aside from this, above your nipple, go have that checked at the doc.
hard to answer your last q... if you were too rough with your nips whilst playin doctor... well they'll be a bit a tender... and only YOU KNOW if you played too rough
all kidding aside... if they are tender, inflamed, itchy... these are the usual precursors to a gyno outbreak and there is no need in taking the risk,  especially if you have the meds on hand.
as swordfish stated gyno doesn't go away of your own volition and if the meds don't clear it in the beginning, surgery is the only way to get rid of it.
    hope that helps!

its a little - currently unoticeable lump at the top of the upper part of nipple. almost feels like a nerve. cant really describe.

gonna just sub the nolva for letro for 3 weeks @ 2.5mg the taper down for a week then run nolva 20/10mg for 1 week post letro and reasses. Its not good for my sex drive but it needs to be run.

for future cycle is advisable to run letro on cycle e.g. 2.5mg e3d or something

as some one said even the normalist of males have a gland, but you really cant feel it at all. if you can feel anything nomater how stringy and weird vein like it feels if you have been taking gear and didnt have it before its pretty much gyno mate
