had a cheat meal

i am 6 weeks out and i had my first cheat meal last night what is the best was to recover from this would u just carry on with ur normal diet or half the carbs for a few days

    I've no experience with show prep.
    But your daily diet will have to be taken into account.
     
    Post up your daily diet/macros.
    Same for the cheat meal you had.
     
    I know it's not recommended to work out right after cheating.  You're better off leaving it to the next day as you'll get the benefit of a small metabolism boost (I think).

    I have a cheat  meal every Sunday and just go back to normal cutting diet after that. I'm also 6wks out.

    Just move on, forget about boosting metabolism. Back on track my friend :)
