    Hi Gun Show,

I feel it is a good idea for anyone to try to keep the hair on the old noggin'.
Trust me - you'll miss it when it starts to leave !!
I have been doing a lot of research into this subject, as with anything - prevention is better than cure.
Although nothing is guaranteed to stop you from going bald, it might be wise to invest in some FINASTERIDE tabs.
Incidentally - my first order arrived this morning, and i have started them today.

Hope this helps in some way.

Finasteride is the name of the substance that 'may' help with the hair loss.
Finpecia is one of many generic makes that contain Finasteride.

I'm not sure if im able to name sources for 'hair loss' products in this forum.
PM me just to be on safe side, for further info.

I`ve used Finasteride for probably over 5 years now mate, if you are prone to MPB then AAS use will exasperate the condition.
Finasteride I find OK, still works for me, you may want to try Dutasteride though which helps block Alpha Reductase 1 and 2.

You may want to do some research into soy isoflavones and Equol, alot of studies showing some good results and hope regarding it.

PS I think winstrol is very hard on the old hairline mate, never tried it myself but from my own research discounted it pretty quickly.

i think if your are going to lose it, then it's gonna happen whatever 'preventions' you try to use ?

also, finestride, you have to stay on for life, as when you stop, the hair will re-commence falling out !

do some research on which would be best for you.

personally, i just go down boots and buy soem nizorelle shampoo and use that whenever im on cycle (think it works )

    Bench  - 100kg for 6

    Deadlift - 160kg for 6 (w/ straps)

Me personally im terrified of losing my hair, its all long and **** and i would be gutted if it fell out lol. I think its down to an individual thing to be honest, i always thought i was MPB prone as i have a hairline that starts a little back (bout half a centimeter) though its always been like that, recently took Masteron which is a well known offender and i didnt experience increased hair loss. Trying Tren soon though and if everything ok then great, if it scalps me i'l come off early and cut my losses. I would say try the Winny, see how it is and decide from there. If your wanting to be on the cautious side, go with Var or Tbol mate.

Been using Fincar for a while now, probably for the rest of my days to be on the safe side. Also look into Nizoral shampooo.

If you aint cheating, you aint trying!

Just wondering - If you lose your hair on a cycle, does it grow back when you come off, or is it a case of once its gone its gone forever?

Once hair loss is triggered and starts going while on a cycle, it won't grow back.

The top of my head started thinning a few months after turning 22. I wasn't too bothered at first because my hair was kinda long so it wasn't obvious. When i decided to shave it to grade 1, I could see just how obvious my scalp was. Ever since then, i've been using topical DHT blockers and they have successfully stopped further shedding. Saw an advert for "Chamsima Re-Growth Serum" manufactured by a company called "Acering". That is what I have been and current am using with great success. It has even triggered some re-growth which I'm well pleased about.

Steroids are something I really want to try but I know that it will ultimately make sure my thinning top completely goes! Although there are some steroids that don't affect ones hair (read that in Anabolics 2006). Nandrolene or something...

Also steroids will only trigger or accelerate hair loss IF you are prone to it. For the lucky majority, it makes no difference to their hair. Lol wish I was one of them!

been looking at getting some nizorelle shampoo, how does this help with stopping hair loss? as its a anti dandruf shampo.

also ive been told proscar as well is good for preventing hair loss. is this something you can get at boots or is it a med id need to get from my source?

Nizoral shampoo is very good. worked for me anyway.... stopped hair loss after 1 weeks use, then continued use once per week.

Propecia does work from what I've read but also brings side effects - quite worrying ones IMO so I personally wouldn't use it.

Not available over the counter without prescription unfortunately.
