I think Frankie NY's routine would be ideal for you.
I've never tried glutamine, creatine is good though. If your not gaining muscle or strength it's mainly down to either your not eating enough or their is something wrong with your routine. Frankie NY's routine is simple and effective. You might want to post your diet up in the diet section so others can comment on it.
