hi to all can u please have look at this work out programme which i got from **** and called ( radical mass in 2 weeks ),just follow the link www.****.com then go to archive and it there the first link u will see it so can tell me then what u think about it.cheers

    Agree with Raptor matey bodybuilding is long term and takes a lot of determination, commitment and will power.
    Best thing to do is get a solid routine which the guys here can help you with and sort out your diet.

    tahnks raptor and majorinsano but i did not mean that i expect a big defference in the 2 weeks but i wanted to know what u thought about this kind of training i.e every day of the is it good or is it becuase **** want to sell more glutamin to people cos i read alot on the net u have to leave a rest od 1 or 2 days between working out.anyway do u think it is worth taking glutamine or is it just hype cos i tried creatine before with dextrose and delivery systems like v 12 but it made no difference whatsoever to i was just taking my protiens. and lastly what can i get a good workout routine with pictures illustrating cos alot of the exercise names i do know what they mean.cheers

    I think Frankie NY's routine would be ideal for you.

    I've never tried glutamine, creatine is good though. If your not gaining muscle or strength it's mainly down to either your not eating enough or their is something wrong with your routine. Frankie NY's routine is simple and effective. You might want to post your diet up in the diet section so others can comment on it.
