head harness - best technique???

hey guys just after some technique advice on using weighted head harness, dont really facy the consequence of poor form (as with all exercises) lol all advice appreciated thanks guys.

    advising on technique is rather hard over the internet imo but start with light weight and high reps to begin with... my neck strength has increased a lot in just a few months of using the harness.

    Thanks for your response mate i know what you mean it just few ppl seem to actully use the head harness, but the guys in "Training correctly forum" confirmed what i thought and i found an old article, went with slight bend in the knees resting hands on my thighs back straight looking forward then tuck chin into my chest and slowly raise head up it felt good started light with 10kg and 15 - 20 reps. cheers for your reply
