help im so confused

hi all ive been traing now for 3 week and i think im doing ok.1 thing thats getting me is iv lost weight 8 ilbs in all and this i think is because iv stopped eating crap but im not eating loads of calories so im hopeing im losing fat not muscle does is sound right

    If you lose more than 2lb a week there is a good chance you are losing muscle. You need to keep your protein intake high. Successful cutting requires strict monitoring of your diet - knowing what you are eating, exactly how much and when. You need to post your diet for detailed advice.

    You would need to post up your diet mate

    What are your stats? Training routines?
