hey guys ive been working out for around 2 years ive cut down from 110kgs to 75 kgs i wanna gett some more mass before summer here in australia ...... ive got a couple of questions .... my first one is ive got 12 mills of sus250 for my first cycle with some clomid on hand..
now is it good to while im on the sus to cycle in some clomid while im on the cycle or wait untill after
and the second question is my frind was saying after i come off the cycle it will be very hard to build muscle .. is this tru

12mls isn't a particularly large amount to have of sust - if you were going for 500mg pw then that would only give you 6 weeks worth. 10 weeks would be a better period of time results-wise, so maybe consider getting another 8 amps.
You don't need to take the clomid on-cycle - save it for PCT, but you may need nolva in case of gyno.
Before starting make sure your diet is nailed - if it isn't you'll be disappointed by the results.

i would as stated above use 500ml per week but split the dose monday & thursday matey.
You should have all your pct meds b4 you start and definetly have some nolvadex(as also stated above) in your possesion.
