help

I currently have 3 weeks before i have to report to school and baseball. Im looking to drop as much weight as possible before i get there. My workout routine is in line i just dont have a clean diet. I am 5"10 220 and was looking for someone to help with a dieting routine

    usually wake up eat some breakfast like cereal or eggs, then i eat tuna for lunch and the i try to eat some type of chicken with rice at night

    Need to be more specific probably mate but you seem to be eating f-all anyhow,are you doing any cardio?

    Sounds like you're in starvation mode.

    Try to eat at least every 3 hours.
    Include lots of fibrous veg and fruit.
    Protein at each feeding.
    Include sources of fats throughout the day.
