ill give you a typical day like today
Bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes with skimmed milk (red top)
Salad containing ice beg lettuce, 4 cherry tomatoes, 5 or so slices of cucumber, onion and had tuna with it too.
when at work cos i work in a chill store, i have soup sometimes the hienz variety 1 can no bread coffee one sugar
today was breast of chicken done on bbq as the weather was lovely, jacket potato and coleslaw. glass of lemonade...
sometimes i admit that the calories go up. for example i might drink more coffee at work or if im feeling low on energy might have a bar of choclate. but i do count the calories and i do not exceed 2000 in any day, no way...
my job is physical too as its a warehouse job.
ive always been fat, even when i was young in the pictures... i do recall one day when i was fourteeni weighed 14st... thats when it hit me that if i go up in age a year as also a stone ill be huge!!. but it hasnt stopped me battling against the bulge.
im single because of the low selfesteem too, just need to get back on track i dont intend on abusing the stack. only want to use as an aid..
