help needed

I'm 161 lbs and in desperate need to start bulking. But looking at the amount of food it seems like i'm going to need to consume to get any results i really can't see my stomach handling it at all!

Did anybody else have this problem to begin with?

building it up slowly mate so ur body can adapt! when u start training u should be hungry more!

u cant jump form 3odd meals to 6 plus or 2000cals to 3000+ over night.

    Cheers

the other problem i have is a 37 inch waist which is horribly out of proportion to the rest of my skinny body. Probably down to drinking too much beer which i understand im going to have to knock on the head if i'm going to start bulking!

Well it's quite solid but apparently beer does that.

Am i right in thinking it's hard to bulk with fat in the way?

not so much hard but to bulk u need exess cals so you will add some fat which u can lose later! so if body fat is high might not be the best for heath reasons!

but to be honest sound like ist from the beers and at the end of the day its ur call choose ur goal and come up with a plan to suit.

can always post on here for advise!

fraid so too seperate things! you can build muscle and burn fat! but they require different things to achieve.
build= more cals then u burn off
lose = less cals then u burn off

as u are new to training u may get a little of both to start but dont get used to it!

On the face value of it, it looks ok.

Maybe lose the fats from the boiled eggs and just go with the whites.
