help needed

Hi i have been training for about 5 months now i have been eating a hell of alot of mainly junk to be honest because i was 6ft 4 and only 12 stone so for the past year ive been eating like an animal and not long been at gym now im 6ft 5 and 14 stone the belly is getting abit baggy now but seeing big changes in my arms chest back etc can somebody direct me to a good diet? not too fattening as stomach is as i said getting flabby only problem is im a milkman so i work all night get home about 8am and sleep til 2pm then i go to gym about 7.30 pm any help appreciatedmany thanks.

    hi mate, your in very early days of your training so my advice to you is to get on the net and read, read, read and then read some more.
    You need to get your training, diet and rest all running in sync to get the results that you want wither its to build muscle or just to loss some weight and get toned.
    You will find some amazing info on here if you read through the article on diet, training ect you will find some great advice.
