this is a daily breakdown off what i eat nearly everyday
8.00am 2 scoops of whey and porridge
11.00am 1 lrg skinless chicken breast with rice
2.00pm 1 lrg skinless chicken breast with 5 rice cakes
4.00pm before training 1 scoop of whey
5.00pm after training 2 scoops of whey with 50g of gloucose
7.00pm 1 lrg chicken breast
10.pm half a tub of cottage cheese and 1 scoop of whey
i need help trying to get healthy foods in some where i fry my chicken with olive oil for the fat but i dont like any veg apart from peas and boiled poatatoes. i dont like fruit or any type of fish.
im about 206 pounds.
is this enough protien? if not how can i get more?
im trying to cut a bit of weight but not a great deal. i dont mind eating that much chicken but is it healthy to eat that much?
any help would be great
