help on first cutting cycle please..

Hi guys this is my first cutting cycle i'm using t3 anavar and test c however i have been told recently that the anavar would not be much use with relatively high bf.would it be better to run the t3 for the weeks and then run the var afterwards for 6 weeks and obviously the test for the whole ten weeks so i could cut up off the t3 first this way maybe the effect on the anavar would be better. Or just do at the same time?

I'd run the anavar all the way through. Great med.

Thanks for the advise, I am quite out of shape at the moment due to a bad injury, so even with high bf you would say run it all the way through? I was thinking for a 1st cutting cycle, a 10 week course, t3 at 25mg then upto 50 and back down again, for four weeks, the var at 70/80mg pd for 6 weeks and test c at 300mg PW, just to help maintain muscle as I've herd the t3 can be potent at burning this. How does this sound to you?

if you are looking to loose anything over 3/4 stone I would say to get some serious cardio in first.
Then start your test while still high cardio after a while whack in the t3. When you are done with the t3 bang in some clen. This should get you looking decent. Var? Totally upto you. Its effects are marginal not the best med results wise but a decent med nonetheless.

Regardless of meds when looking for fat loss the main thing is carbs. Drop them progressively throughout.

This is what works for me on a cut albeit with a bit of tren in the mix:)

Thanks for the reply, so your saying heavy cardio and test before the var and t3? When would you drop in the t3 and var then mate?

Yeah hammer some cardio and start dropping carbs before adding meds. That is if you are looking to drop anything over 10lbs- ish of fat. however, you could add in some Clen here. Once within the latter stages add in test, when you plateau drop carbs slightly 50g ish pd. Plateau add in t3 etc always keep something back to throw at the situation when you plateau. Personally I would keep the var until a point you are happy to sort of consolidate everything.

Again this is just based on my experience and things I have seen results With.

On reflection. And seeing as your main goal is fat loss , I would just run 500mg of test per week and make the changes in diet and cardio when necessary. These two factors will be Paramount to achieving your goals, not the gear. The process shouldn't be overly complicated and its quite simple once you have the basics. So don't confuse the issue by making gear the most important factor. . Diet , cardio and consistency is the key.
