help on good bulking cycle

awrite lads looking for a good bulking cycle 2 pack on some serious size ,guys in the gym are a bit secretive with there cycles ,tried few cycles in the past test enanthate and deca usually 2ml of each per week n dbol 5_10 a day depending on 5 or 10 mg tabs , was also running growth at the same time 4iu per day but to be honest didn't seem to pack on as much size as expected ,any body builders or experienced guys in here that could point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated ,cheers

    If you didnt grow well on test and deca and hGH, you should be posting in the diet section mate

    test / deca is oldest mass stack for years and known for big gains if diet, training is right

    What does much size mean? You got any numbers? I agree with Danny sounds like a diet problem dude. It's got to be down to training or diet or both...

    yeah if you didn't grow off test, deca and hgh then either your gear was Duff or you're training and/or diet is letting you down.

    What does an average days eating look like for you mate? What's your routine look like?

    possibilty gear was pretty **** was pharma labs n didnt look to hot to b honest ,training 5 nyts a week legs ,chest and bi's ,back and hamstrings ,shoulders and tri's then usually back to what i started on at the beginning of the week ,i try to eat every 3 hours usually porrige for breakfast with 2 slices of toast n a mass gainer shake ,then at 10 its pasta and chicken ,lunch is usually soup and chicken or sum sort of meat then b4 the gym protein shake and after usually gatorade with dextrose in it then good tea ,then at nyt usually 2 slices of toast n more porrige .currently 15stone 5  ideally looking to be around 16.5 ,any suggestions greatly appreciated !!!
