possibilty gear was pretty **** was pharma labs n didnt look to hot to b honest ,training 5 nyts a week legs ,chest and bi's ,back and hamstrings ,shoulders and tri's then usually back to what i started on at the beginning of the week ,i try to eat every 3 hours usually porrige for breakfast with 2 slices of toast n a mass gainer shake ,then at 10 its pasta and chicken ,lunch is usually soup and chicken or sum sort of meat then b4 the gym protein shake and after usually gatorade with dextrose in it then good tea ,then at nyt usually 2 slices of toast n more porrige .currently 15stone 5 ideally looking to be around 16.5 ,any suggestions greatly appreciated !!!
