help required

i know ill be frowned upon but anyway here goes....i was 12 and half stone at my fittest last year but due to heavy college commitments i've gone up to 14 stone...anyway i wanna stay at this weight but convert it to muscle and perhaps add a stone max (i'm only back in training)

i have protein powder, glutamine, carnitine, dextrose, arginine and creatine and have a fair idea how each work but on reading other forummers fear i may be taking these supplements incorrectly

could someone (big ask) give me a sample daily meal plan with these incorporated in and a quick word on what they do? please and thanks

    you need to let us know what your currently doing - follow these guidelines: http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/newsletter-0606.aspx and you wont need all those!
