help with CEE

hi, i recently bought a tub of CEE powder, it didn't come with any directions, and i have been told so many different things about it by people at gym. So i thought i'd ask on here.
How much and how often/when should i be taking it?

    You dont need to load CEE unlike conventional creatine.

    I think the normal dosage is around 2-3g daily

    I used to take it with my post workout shake, but beware is tastes revolting!

    ive not taking it in powder form before, i took it a few years ago in tab forms.
    So i dont need to stack?i ask because i have read the creatine article on here, and ever thread or post i read seems to say different. It VERY confussing

    The powder is disgusting

    No need to load up with CEE, im sure someone will be along shortly to confirm this

    Loading on CEE is not necessary.
    Mono Loading- do it if you want, not if you don't. Makes very very little difference in the long run.

    Is the taste really that bad? I drink BCAA, how does it compare in mingingness terms?
    Are their any differences between the powder form and capsules (i.e. dosage and absorption rates. effectiveness)?

    you can get a 3g scoop from myprotien for a few pence. take 3g AM on emptry stomach and 3g before bed. also take a scoop after training. Use a small amount of water than you can neck with no problems and put the CEE in that, swill it round and neck. and then fill the glass to near brink and drink. job done!

    13.12 Stone, 5ft9.5:
    1RM Dead 205kgs
    1RM Bench 130kgs
    1RM Smith Flat Bench 150kgs
    1RM Squat Unknown, but 150kgs for 2.
