help with a cycle

alright guys.

got a quick q....

planning to start a methyldrol xt cycle next week (first cycle of anything) after reading around i am planning to follow the superdrol article to the letter with the addition of clen during pct

http://www.muscletalk.co.uk/article-superdrol.asp

is there anything else i should know?

i will have nolva at the ready and also for my pct as said above i am plannin to run clen, @ 0.04mg a day...good idea?

two other things, 1) when i start my cycle how should i change my training..just start to try upping the weights?

2) during pct do i want to keep my cals high, and keep the weights at the level i reached on cycle?

cheers!

JimJim

Hey bro. I have done a cycle of Superdrol...

I followed the Superdrol link exactly as it stated using RYR with Q10, Milk Thistle throughout and nolva for PCT.

You should consider getting your diet right before starting any cycle, high calories from carbs/protein/fat.

Not sure about clen, maybe someone else can help you with that.

Just train as usual, you may feel like you can do more, so do so but be careful not to over train.

After your cycle, your strength gains should stay pretty much the same, just do what feels comfortable for you.

Drink plenty of water throughout the cycle and PCT.

How long have you been training for???

    cheers for the reply.

diet is sorted, posted it up a while back and had it tinkered with. planning to add a few extra clean cals when on cycle though.

been training bout 2 years, with a gap of two months last xmas due to injured wrist. feel im at a level where im gettin there but just need the extra push. u know the stage...where people can tell u train just by looking at you but u wanna get bigger lol

so should i maintain high cals for PCT? or drop a few (250-500)?

keep carbs and protien high through cycle bud and PCT (IMO), you may experience bad back cramps (I DID !) you can take a taurine supplement to help with those, if you have everything in order then you should make very good gains on the cycle

    good luck
