help with abbreviations please

hi i have just been browsing this section and noticed 3 abbreviations that i am unaware of. i will list them below

IMO
PWO (is this pre or post?)
PPWO

any help on this would be great! cheers guys

    PWO - Post Work Out
    PPWO - Post Post Work Out


    Another got me LMAO - Laughin My Arse Off - Literally when I found out what it was ha ha
