help with cutting diet

hopefully someone can help me im trying to get cut up after years of looking a little to bulky this is my diet so far, its going quite well finally see some shape to my physique.
6.30am 8 egg whites and a bowl of porridge
10 am 2 chicken breast with salad bannana and apple
1 pm 1 tin of tuna salad with orange and apple
4pm 1 pot of low fat cottage cheese
630pm chicken or turkey breast or salmon with sweet potato
8 pm whey protein before training and after training

    im natural at the moment 5 foot 9 just under the 14 stone mark .hoping to get to about 13 and a half maybe i have always been the high end of 14 stone .just wondered what sort of food i should start cutting out or if u have any diet ideas would be much appreaciated thanks

    what are your portion sizes?
    calories?
    where is cardio?
    what is training?

    630 am 8 large egg whites 40grams poridge with 250
    10 am 2 chicken breast 250 gramswith apple and bannana
    1 pm tin of tuna 130 grams
    4 pm low fat cottage cheese 250 grams
    630 pm 2 chicken breast or turkey or salmon roughly 250 grams
    whey protein before training and after with an energy drink ie gatorade
    Training
    sunday:back
    monday:chest
    tuesday:arms
    wednesdy rest
    thursday:shoulders
    friday: legs and abs
    saturday :rest
    no cardio yet abs are getting quite defined what do you reccomend not sure if you wanted to know excercises and how many sets etc . not sure on total calaries to be honest thanks for your help

    a little hard to read...

    but it seems half ish ok but lacks fat and structure really

    take it back to basics

    leave the supplements out and sort food

    the fats are in that diet and there is info on them
