help with diet

hi im 17st at the mo, i was 18.7st i lost that weight without much hassle now i cant shift it, has anyone got a diet i could try please, thanks all replies welcome

    thanks for the reply, im male ,23 ,6ft, i do 10-15 mins on resistance bike a day, my diet i feel is rubbish i dont eat breakfast or lunch and have various dinners maybe steak salad or maybe pizza, im doing everything wrong arent i?

    do you weight train at the moment?

    your diet is quite bad but easily fixed though

    no some days i dont even eat dinner i just have some cereal or something

    you can only get so far with cardio mate. Hmmm i think its possible to do some bodyweight work but thats not my speciality, ill email someone to see if they can come up with a routine for you using sandbags and such, nice and cheap

    whats your food budget for the week?

    i have a 4 month old son also im on benefits for the time being but shouldnt be long before i get back to work but i'd say roughly 30 quid a week for myself
