help with full body routine

trying out CW tbt, today should be day 3 of week 1 but i dont think i can handle squatting 3x per week. Just want some suggestions for full bodies and maybe ill swith it up.

    it should be manageable due to the fluctuation in reps and the load prescribed. have you seen the CW spreadsheet as yet?

    no bro, havent yet. maybe ill try and stick it out for now but i think ill take another day to let my legs heal a bit.

    Personally, I don't don't see anything wrong with leg press, especially when training three days a week. That'll give you a break form squatting.

    Wipe the sand outta yer fanny and get in the f***ing squat rack!
