once a week is more than enough for a body part, us this for your MD2?
just because you on a steriod doesnt mean you have to do more , it just means what you do will achieve better results.
so stick with the routine you normaly use (aslong as you get results with it)

i like 2 add some wide grip chins after deads though 3x8 or 4x6
and somtimes 3x8 incline dumb press after flat bench (depending on how im feeling)
you could always replace the SLDL with curls if you cant handle them
Gaz- leg curls before squats ? squat 1st when your fresh would be alot better
do you really need 2 bicep exercises, after pull ups rows and deadlift your arms should be fried (maybe 1-2 set of curls at most)
close grip bench seem pointless to me tbh tris and gonna be fried also after bench , press and dips ( and the have shoulders in a days time aswell)
