hey powerhouse585 &/or bbigman2000 or anyone!!

Can someone help me get going on a good diet? I'm 5'6 207lbs
and I workout Mon through Thurs. Doing a Deca & Test (cyp) cycle for
12 weeks. I want to loose my unwanted gut, but at the same time I
don't want to screw up my cycle by not eat'n. Does this make any sense?
ANy and all input will be much appreachiated.

Jay.

Diet is one of the key factors and IMO you don't need powerhouse or bbig to tell you this.

Infact your asking the wrong people IMO. Diet should be understood and under the belt before even concidering AAS use.

This post would be better off in the diet section mate.

you need to make your aims more clear! do you wanna put on size or loose weight................. when on gear you will notice your gut will get smaller even when your on a bulk diet but your never gonna get abs on a bulk diet from a gut but size does nt come with out puttin a little fat on.

you really should decide what you want to do either cut or bulk and please get your diet in order before you start your cycle or it will be wasted.
