high protein fruit crunch
a serving of jordans crunchy cereal
150 ml low fat yoghurt
1 table spoon of jam
1 table spoon of fresh fruit juice i.e orange, apple, peach etc.
1 whole peach remove stone and chop up.
a serving of whey protein
divide chopped fruit between two tall glasses, sprinkle the cereal over the fruit in an even layer. mix the whey powder with the yoghurt and pour equally in to glasses over the cereal. in a separate container mix the jam and fruit juice together the pour over the yoghurt whey mixture you had just put on the cereal. serve it at once.
that makes two as you guessed.
as you can see i love my deserts, but deserts can be a good protein kick if you want to have more carbs with your dinner.
