highly paced cardio or slow pace cardio?

Hi,

i want to lose weight, so i have been doing 65min(5 min cooling down) running each day, tell recently i was running fast, then slowing down and then runing fast again.. making sure i lost most amount of calories possable.

Recently though i have started running extreamly fast for 30min and then slowing down to complete 60min.. and i have noticed that i sweat 50x more then i do when i runs slowly.

So for losing weight what method of cardio is better?

Whichever works for you. I personally do well with HIIT (sprints) and intense runs of max. 20 minutes.

Diet does make a huge difference as well to be honest, and so does rest and recovery.

I personally can't go back to doing the hour long cardio sessions because I don't see the point and I get impatient lol. What I mentioned has worked best for me.

How fast is fast when you're running 'fast' for half an hour?
