sorry rob + everyone else they are sayings i just make up as a signiture thing...

i am bulking so after my HIIT session i have carbs + whey
however having carbs is always on my mind as i train at night and always thinking if it hurts keeping fat loss low.

when cutting i dnt have as much carbs probably half the amount i have when bulking but more whey.

we all train for the chicks, yo

Like Mstar said getting a feel for what works for yourself is best.

I now combine HIIT and normal C.V. on non weight training days. 40 minute total on three machines eg, bike, row, run and stick a six minute HIIT session in the middle. I like the way the HIIT makes me feel later in the day but if I had a twenty minutes plus of it to look forward to I would dread it.

isn't 40 mins with normal +HIIT a bit excessive bro?? [?][?][?]

we do HIIT, so we dnt get TIITs, yo
