hitting a nerve

Hey I was wondering if any one out there has an experience of hitting a nerve whilst injecting? Is there ways to minimise the risk of hitting a nerve besides the obvious of injecting in area that contain less nerves?

    Go in slow and you I have found you can "feel" if your near a nerve.

    I have hit one too! **** myself! Didn't hurt to much, just a bit achey afterwards!

    hit or miss for me really, its not very nice when you do hit them, its a bit "tawngly"
