At the moment it would have to be fishing, mainly from my boat, but I pretty much practice all types of fishing and am a dab hand a chucking fluff in front of trout.

Computing is a hobby, Amateur radio being another and I have been into and still have RC aircraft and cars. Photography has played a major part in my hobbies, even to the point of making a tidy sum from it, but usually plowing it straight back into one hobby or another, presently working with digital photography.

I guess my boating in itself is a hobby and have studied and taken training / exams in navigation and boat handling.

Cars have always played a part of my adult life, fixing them, driving them and watching them race round circuits and forst tracks.

Shooting has always been an interest, small and large bore rifle, clay pigeon and air guns / field target shooting.

The list is endless as far as hobbies are concerned, however I don't treat training / bodybuilding as a hobby, I see it as more of a lifestyle thing

Weight Training - Obviously. Been training on and off since around '92. Had year and two year breaks in between then and now, longest was three years. Back into it now.

Bass Guitar - been playing since I was 13 and played in live bands for years. Gave it up about 8 years ago and sold all my gear. Have only just got back into it and I'm loving every minute of it. Not in a band as of yet, just simply enjoying playing at home.

Music - both listening to at home and live music. Having played live in a band for years I still love going to see a good live band. My main styles are punk, metal and rock and I try to go and see a live band at least once a month although with work this is not always possible. Always have music on at home too. Mostly to the annoyance of the missus.

History - yeah, sad I know. I'm especially interested in World War One and World War Two. I've written a book on a British Cavalry regiment that served during World War One which should be published very shortly.

Reading - see above. Have almsot always got a book on the go. I only read non-fiction and mostly stuff about WWI and WWII. Have read a few biographies but much more prefer historical fact books.

Football - as you can see by my avatar I follow West Ham home and a fair bit away too. Apart from the football I've got some good mates who go football and its also a social occasion for me too.

Art and Drawaing - I've always been into art in some form or another. Whether it be cartoon, photographic whatever. Not a bad drawer but am out of practice at the moment. Have designed some of my own tattoos and really should find time to do more.

Tattoos - as mentioned above I am a hopless addict to tattoos and tattooing and have several, all of them my own designs. There's more on the way too.

Computers - I have to, its my job. What makes them interesting for me is that whatever your interests of hobbies the computer can help immensely. Knowing how they work is a bonus and although at work there are days when I wish every computer in the whole world would explode they are undeniably part of everyones life - whether directly or indirectly.

Designing Websites - this is just a bit of a sideline of mine and at the moment myself and two work collegues have got quite a bit of work designing sites for various clients. Although sometimes they can be infuriating, I find the learning experience of a new project always keep my interested.
