Generally over-priced, even a lot of the stuff when is on sale, is a lot more expensive than sponsors of this site.

The whey isnt very nice tasting either.

half price = still more than bulk suppliers
still half the quality of other products
holland and barrett has its place

for those who are serious about building a physique £ for £ its a poor choice and some reading on here will outline:

    better products
    better value

Tried Body Fortress Whey (their own brand I believe) about a year ago, it was a nasty taste and very thick.

Creatine may be ok though, ive read comments on here in the past suggesting that it doesnt matter on the brand of creatine as its basically the same (obviously im not suggesting mono is the same as CEE etc)
