home gym - advice needed!

hi, my first post....

im looking to setup a home gym. i came up with the following equipment and wondered if others had good/bad experiences with any of it or anybody who's set up their own home gym has any tips.

obviously what i want to do with it is important - i train WSB style so a good bench and a good squat rack are vital. im 21 so id like to future proof it just in case i gain strength (not happening at the moment :/ ).

my bread and butter lifts are box squat; bench; dead; incline bench; bent over row; close grip; wide grip pull ups; dips;

my all time bests are bench 150kg (TnG), parallel squat 180kg x 3, and dead 250kg (with straps).

the rubber plates increases the cost a fair bit but cant skimp on it cos i need to minimise noise and vibration.

PowerTec Power Rack (123L x 123W x 208H cm)	www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk	289.00	1	289
PowerTec Workbench Olympic (153L x 122W cm) www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk 200.00 1 200
Rubber Plate 190 Kg Olympic Weight + Bar www.bodysolid.co.uk 306 1 306
Rubber Encased Olympic Weight 2 x 25kg www.bodysolid.co.uk 103 1 103
Powerhouse Olympic Disc Rack www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk 39.99 1 39.99
Protective Rubber Mat, (183cm x 122cm) www.bodysolid.co.uk 65 1 65

total £1003

the next buy after this would be some more 20kg or 25kg plates and a pair of olympic dumbell handles, which should cover everything.

i was also thinking of getting two mats and sticking one on top of the other to reduce vibration.

cheers,

john

edit: sorry this is probably more appropriate in the general forum
