Hello mate try 40-50g serving of protein,50g carbs (mutlidextrin carb powder) and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

This is an excellent shake with 500-600 cals comming from clean calories

Maltodextrin isn't exactly clean calories if you ask me - it may be a complex carb but it acts like a simple sugar.

My uncle used to do this:
    1 Banana
    75g Oats
    Tin of Tuna
    2 Scoop of Whey

Mix in as much milk as needed and gulp down....

Might not be such a good idea after all.

I agree with Dan V... why not substitute in oats for some good complex carbs... something of that sort. MAlto will just give you a sugar rush... great for post-workout, not for a MRP.

i have been combining whey with some oats and maltodextrin so it is not too thick and make sure i get a good amount of carbs in me

    2 scoops of whey
    50g oats
    1 scoop of maltodextrin
    350ml of semi-skimmed milk

    great for the office!!!

This is my favorite shake, drink it along with a fruit and it's a pretty good MRP.

Ive been making my own of 1 scoop protein powder, 1 scoop N-large2, 2 scoops malto 3 times a day for a couple of weeks now and ive been putting on some good mass. Id like to add a spoon full of olive oil aswell but wont this just sit on the top or does it mix in quite well?

Also does anybody know exactly what a cod liver oil capsual gives you in terms of nutrition?

Coming straight out of the blender, the oil will be very mixed in. However, if the shake has been sitting in a lunchbox for a few hours, just give it a good shake and the oil will mix back in.

I like 50g of chocolate whey, with 100g of oats, 3/4 a pint of skim milk and a tablespoon of udos choice oil. Tastes like nutty chocolate, just 10g of glucose in there makes it taste even better
