hometrainers competition countdown

hi and welcome to my journal two weeks ago i competed in my first show,the gravesend classic . i came 3rd in the first timers .im doing another show in eleven weeks in colchester seniors this time.
a bit about me first i am 42 and live in a small village in suffolk 15 miles from ipswich . i run a pig farm for a day job its not a bad job and comes with a free house .thur ,fri and sat nights i also run a night club bar this pays for my training . i am married and have 2 daughters aged 3and 5 .
i train at home i have a small gym at the end of the garden i have a body soild power rack with high low pulley olymipic weights and a flat incline decline bench .
i train 6 days a week and do five sessions of cardio a week .i weighed in at 11stone for my last show at a height of 5ft 5 ins this time i want to come in at 10.5 and be a lot more ripped thats about it for now more on diet and training next time .i hope this will be usefull for anyone thinking of maybe doing a show and i can share my highs and lows with you all more on monday.

    Good result mate.

    Do you rate the bodysolid equipment? I'm thinking of getting some stuff from them.

    ok time to post my diet
    5am wake do 45 mins cardio walk dogs at fast pace
    6am 10 egg whites 75grms brown rice
    9am 2scoops ministry whey 3 sherdded wheat
    12am 75grms brown rice 150grms turkey large salad
    3pm 150 grms turkey 100grms spuds
    6pm 150grms turkey 150 grms spuds
    8.45 pm post training 2scoops whey 2 slices white bread 40 grms rasins mixed together tastes nice .
    9.30 bed
    drink 5liters water over the day and a few cups of tea
