how can 180lb be so heavy?

well as part of my strongman training regime i have made myself a 180lb sandbag for distance carries etc. jesus just getting it to chest height was a nightmare had to drop right down into the lowest squat have it resting on my knees then drive it up with everything. killer on the lower back as well. the bag is big so its hard to get a solid grip and you find you just wedge your fingers in where you can.
this is gonna take some work to even be reasonable at it.

Good to see you got some sandbags, you wont regret it. 180lb is AAALLLOOTTT of weight to be starting out with in a sandbag. Probably want to drop the weight for a while till you get used to it and also so you can try clean + presses too.

    Good luck
