If your bulking then 2/3 low intensity session for 30mins each is enough

I used to use the EZ bar for closegrip benchpress actully, felt better on my wrists. Nah mate, you can use the tricep bar sometime in the future when you change around your routine abit. That routine shouldnt be set in stone anyway so you can throw in a overhead tricep movement every so often using the tricep bar.

I use my EZ curl bar for curls and skull crushers.

Never got used to the tricep bar.
