how does this cutting diet look?
right guys this is not for me (really) but want some opinions before i hand it over.
the guys 14.13 not sure on high or bf quite well built aim is to cut bf and keep muscle but currently training like mad on less then 1000cals a day so trying to help him out as he not surpisingly feels like **** and do9ing him self damage in the process.
Wake up water or black coffee.
Fasted cardio 45mins-1hr 6-7 x a week 7.00am water though out
meal 1 - 8.00am - 50g oats blended with 10egg whites tsp natural peanut butter with cinamon fried in a tsp of coconut oil top with some berries
450cals carbs 30g - protein -36g fats - 14g
meal 2 - 11.00am - 150g chicken breast with 200g cooked sweet potatoe and a tsp of flax oil + veg or salad
400cals carbs - 40g protien - 36 fats - 5
12.00 - Weights 5x week 45mins -1hr water though out
meal 3 - PWO(post work out)1.00 (straight after weights) 40g whey protien in water and three wheatbix can be blended together or eaten as is more satisfing
330cals carbs - 37.5 protien - 32 fats - 0
meal 4 - PPWO -2.00 - 150g salomon with veg or salad
350cals carbs- 0 protien - 33g fats- 18g
meal 5- 5.00 - 150g chicken with half a large avacado and veg or salad
300cals carbs- 0 protien - 36g fats - 10g
Meal 6 - 8.00 - 150 beef fried in tsp coconut oil with salad or veg tsp of flax oil
350cals carbs- 0 protien- 35 fat -19
cals - 2180
carbs - 107
protein - 208
fats - 66
these figure are rough as they have been rounded up and are to the best of my knowlegde.
