how does this routine compare,

tried to base it on the The Waterbury Method
need a new routine, been on the same push, pull legs routine for the last 2-3 months.
need to shake things up abit, any advice welcome.


Monday
Squats
Sets: 10
Reps: 3
Rest: 70 seconds

Dips
Sets: 4
Reps: 6
Rest: 60 seconds

Bent-Over Barbell or Dumbbell Rows
Sets: 4
Reps: 6
Rest: 60 seconds
Above consists of a superset pairing

Skull Crushers
Sets: 4
Reps: 6
Rest: 60 seconds

Standing Barbell Curls
Sets: 4
Reps: 6
Rest: 60 seconds

Hanging Leg Raises
Sets: 4
Reps: 6
Rest: 60 seconds between sets

Tuesday
Dumbbell Bench Press
Sets: 10
Reps: 3
Rest: 60 seconds between sets

Deadlift
Sets: 10
Reps: 3
Rest: 60 seconds between sets

Dumbell military Press
Sets: 4
Reps: 6
Rest: 60 seconds

Standing Calf Raises

Bent over Rows

Close grip bench press
