I once had a teacher in school who had no thumbs. He rode a motorcycle to work which must have been a little tricky. He didn't seem to have any obvious limitations.

    what a childish comment

i have a friend who has no hands and its an inspiration to watch how he has adapted to living in a world that is ultimately designed for the abled bodied person

comments like this simply show how shallow some people are, prostitution would be the last thing on the list when dealing with such an issue

My RE teacher was a total fcuking plum...he had a deformed hand and his thumb was mutated, his first 2 fingers were deformed too.the first finger was like 3/4 its proper length and joined to the index finger. It had lots of mongrel hairs growing out of it and looked like a small vagina!LOL
Looking back at it now he was VERY pervy towards the girls...horrible old man.Nowadays hed probably get sacked for his behaviour.

I mean it is needed as for intricate manouveres,
as in holding and making tools, the start of inventions.

A good handjob is an example of an intricate manouver and holding a tool at the same time.this validates one of the earlier comments.LOL
