how is this for routine and diet

hi after lokking and reading a lot on this site i think i have a routine and dite thaat is ok i hope it gos together and some of you say yes thats ok i will be happy. note the times i have my food may change cos i work at night

am whey in 50/50(wter milk) 30g
oats and hand full of sutanas
4 egg whites 1 full egg
banana

am shake
150ml semi milk
150ml wter
40g penut butter
30g whey
20g oats
banana

pm 150g chicken
sweetcorn
onions
lettuce
wholegrain bread
banana
orange

pm shake (same as above but now with 4g of taurine)

pm train

pm hurican xs (it has Creapure Creatine: 5g L-Glutamine: 5g HMB: 3g)
20g whey

pm 75g rice
150g chicken
mash
sweetcor
brocoli
nuts
banana orange

pm 30g whey
5ml walnut oil
fromage frais
nuts

training routine

DAY 1

Deadlifts 4+6
Barbell Rows or Wide Grip Chins 4+6
Barbell Curl 4+6


DAY 2

Incline or Flat Barbell
Dumbbell Shoulder Presses
Close Grip Bench Press

DAY 3

Front Squats 4+6
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 4+6
Calf Raises
Weighted Crunches 3+12

is that ok or do i need to add more like more chest on that day ect....

    stats: 5ft9 11st 10%bf

    goals: build muscle maybe 1st in weight to have an athletic bady im quite toned at the moment

    if you click on my name an go to my file ther is a pic of my uper body its the only 1 i got on my comp
