how long to cut??

im moving abroad where beaches are plenty, at the moment im bulking up very well (1 stone in 4 months) and i would like to cut up for the arrival of summer, how long does it normally take to strip the fat off. im not too bad at 14% bf however i would like to be ultra ripped for the laydees.

your gotta prioritise dude, keep bulking and bulking. you got years and years to look good for the ladies, you'll feel so much better begin ripped and huge rather than just bulking a bit then ripping. at the end of the day its uptyo you but i would stick at it.

How many lbs do you want to lose?

If your strict and put the cardio in 1.5 lbs a week is a good rate to cut at.

Just set yourself a target weight. That will tell you how much you need to lose, and then divide by 1.5 to give you a target number of weeks to vut.

EG. if your target is 12 stone, you need to lose 10 pounds. 10/1.5 = 7 weeks.

lol, it all depends on what sort of physique you want. If you are after something like brad pitt in snatch/fight club, then get to 13stone and cut back to 12 ripped.

At the moment, im aiming for 200lb before I start to cut. If my bodyfat was at a reasonably low-ish level I wouldnt bother cutting at all, but I need to get it down a bit before I start my next bulking cycle.

That's why I said 18 stone, cause there is never any need to do 'definition' training, just add cardio and drop carbs a bit but keep the weights work the same.
