how long to kick in (CEE)

Hey guys, how long before you found that CEE kicks in. For both strength and mass gains?
I'm on 8g per day. Have been taking it for about a week (4g am, 4g pm, every day with water).

Cheers.
M.

wo wo wo, thats far too much ~2-3g per day is plenty. It should kick in straight away. Remember creatine doesnt gain mass for you rather it allows you to work that little bit harder, so you stimulate the muscles that little bit more and hence setting you up for potentially more growth.

I take my cee half an hour before my workout and i feel it as soon as i start lifting.you feel it cos you get a surge of energy and can push out those extra few reps.good supp. i only take it on training days cos it requires no loading asn is absorbed quickly.

cee stands for creatine ethyl ester - its regular creatine undergone the chemical process 'esterification'. If you want to take capsules then Omega seems to be the best, although the dorian yates stuff and SAN's stuff seems pretty good. I'd personally just go for a bulk powder-as it works out a lot cheaper.

There are 2 types of cee. One with HCL, and one without. The HCL one tastes very very bad (kinda sour) but mixes easily-a good place to get it is: www.bulkpowders.co.uk. The non hcl cee is tasteless but is difficult to mix/dissolve-and a good place is: http://www.myprotein.co.uk/index.cfm?page=special-offers&type=muscletalk

Takes about a week to kick in.

There are no sudden strength gains, it's only creatine, there's no mechanism by which creatine could suddenly increase strength.

Look for the following signs that it's working (if you're anything like me).

Weight gain of at least a few lbs. Muscles looking fuller. Increased pump during workout. Terrible hangovers if you drink alcohol in excess.

I guess 4g is not only CEE then. 2-3g is the dose.
Anyway, you shoud feel energy and endurance from the very first doses if you were virgin to creatine or off for long.
You will get strenght gains... mass, well depends :)

Here do you guys recommend that you should wait a few weeks once you have finished the Creatine mono before starting the CEE or would be ok just to continue.Wasnt too sure if it would be better to take a 2 week break then start taking the CEE..any suggestions?

At the end of the day its all creatine, so just carry on. Some people advocate cycling creatine usage, but interms of taking break between mono and cee, I don't see any benefit.

well I have been getting a good pump. It's been a week now. I'm in the gym on Mon for back day and I'll let you know how my lifts are coming along.

Can I expect to keep most of the gain Drab, or will I 'deflate' a little if I stop the stuff?

I don't drink so the alcohol thing won't be a problem.
