sorry but your goals are far to rigid and IMO unrealistic

the diet lacks carbs and fat

0800: 200 - assuming egg is singular as is toast
1100: 2000 - average chicken is about 2KG, grapes negliable
1400: 400 cals - A tuna fish is probably around 500g estimated, salad negliable
1700: at least 50 for the apple apart from that have no idea as nuts could mean 3 or could mean 33
2000: A whole salmon is gonna be around 1000+ cals, a potato is maybe 200cals

so from that info about 4K cals

you have set specific targets in a very tight time frame without considering external factors

nor are they really the norm

    you want to bulk
    you want to cut
    you want tone
you want specific numbers by specific times

eat more, get more protein in, some good fats. maybe try bulking up to get more muscle then cut it will be easier the more muscle you have the easier to lose the weight. Its not the best of ideas to lose fat and try and gain muscle tried it myself got knowhere, its a lot easier bulking then cutting imo

imo = in my opinion, who adv to eat 1500 cals if I was to eat that amount I would end up looking like an ethiopian, trust me bulk a little first It will work out in the end, if you cant eat much just do it train your body into it, your body will adapt to it. These are just my opinions if you wanna lose weight are you working out cardio weights. Dont bother with gi stuff its all about cals in and out for example you cant eat watermelon on low gi its fruit for gods sake

id go for a clean bulk if i were you, its easier to lose fat if your holding more muscle and if you want to be more defined than you need some muscle to define!

you likely need to eat more as your metabolism will be slow on only that amount of food which will make it difficult to lose fat, your lose muscle on that diet though.

start increasing you calories gradually bi weekly or something, and if your not reachng your goals then switch things up.

eat clean natural foods , eat big and lift weights.

I'm guessing here but I reckon someones taken the "average" 2000kcals per day number for a female that pops up everywhere and just taken 500kcals off it? Is that right yoyokaz?

OK don't worry! Have a read through this: http://www.caloriesperhour.com/faqs.html to give you some basic ideas on what it's all about if you're struggling.
In my opinion (IMO!) you're going to have to make gradual changes to your current diet and exercise. It's pretty tough to get up one morning and have a completely different lifestyle. Think of it as a long-term project. I sense from your other posts that you've got tonnes of enthusiasm but are unsure where to channel it!
