how much calorie deficit without much cardio? and whats the lowest macro's/calories to go?

how much calorie deficit without much cardio? and whats the lowest macro's/calories to go?

hi all

ive been cutting for 10 weeks now and have got quite good results and around 11% bf maybe even less, but i cant do much cardio now cos of boxing training being so intense so a couple questions heres my timetable

monday - pull followed by 20mins sscv
tuesday - boxing training
wednesday - off
thursday - boxing
friday - legs followed by 20mins sscv
saturday - push followed by 20mins sscv
sunday - complexes and HIIT

my calories per day are bw in lbs (153) x 10 so around 1530 calories but my weight loss has stalled again and last time i got over it by doing loads of morning sscv, to me this is very low calories so can i go lower and still be safe??

my diet consists of:

protein = bw in lbs x 1.4
fats = 35g
carbs = 72g        is this safe ratios??

if i have to drop my cals by like 100 i have worked out my diet to be:

protein = bw in lbs x 1.4
fats = 35g
carbs = 50g    too little/too much of anything??

    I used to do Thai Boxing and at the start we would do 10 mins skipping at the start and 10 mins at the end, so you could use that to get in some extra cardio.
     
    Personally i think the calories are a bit on the low side for training 6 days a week, dont you get tired?
     
    153lbs at 11% body fat is impressive, not sure what the others think but maybe your weight loss will be slower as your body is trying to hold onto what it has?
     
    Whats your goal? If it's to fight a weight category you could just water cut the rest

    we do on a average sesison:
    10mins skipping
    10mins circuit
    10mins jog
    5mins sprint
    40mins technique and sparring
    10mins circuit
    15mins crazy circuit
    finish with stretching
     
    yea im tired all the time but get on with things cos
     
    im determined to get pretty much all my bodyfat gone roughly down to 7%ish is my goal, just doing it cos ive always had fat and quite alot of it and i keep stopping at like 16-20%bf and then start bulking and then dont do that for long cos i feel fat so just want to stick it out to have a good place to bulk/maintain at

    I would say the calories your currently on are too low, never mind dropping them, especially for a very active person, boxing, weights and plenty of cardio! I would of thought you should be on more like 2000 cals and that would be to cut!
     
    If anything I would up them.
