how much cardio, advice please

sure its a question that has been asked b4, looking at doing some cardio, do none at the moment - cardio i would wish to do is cycling and skipping (heard good things about skipping!)

I train 4 times a week, i eat 5-6 meals a day, high protien/carb low fat - my goal is to increase muscle size - and now im looking to "tone" up a little - whilst still making gains.

So how much would people suggest - and is there a better time, i hear AM is good b4 any meals....

    hi mate
    cutting and bulking at the same time whilst doing cardio is a hard ask

    split it up

    reduce cals
    up cardio

    something along those lines IMO meeting somewhere in the middle as you go along

    i would advoacte 3 times a week to start with to build a fitness base before any specific structure is thrwon in and then look to structure it to AM fat burning sessions and see how you get on
