Ive some serious work to be doing.

First time on the weights though so Ill see what Im doing in 3 months

    Currently doing

45kg's on the squat which is a struggle lol
45's on the deadlift which is preety easy (but until I get payed I wont be able to do more - need some more plates you see) rekon ill be able to do 80's
and 45's again on the bench which is the heaviest ill go for a while as this is not exactly easy.

want to hit a 100 on each in 3 months, were see

    im 81 kg ffs lmao

I dunno what i weigh but all my lifts are balls.
    My best ones were:

    Dips- BW+20k reps
    DB shoulder press- 35k x8
BB rows- 85k for about x10
I got above 100k for deads at one point but something weird happened and i sometimes struggle for 50 its going back up slowly

At 100kg I could squat 162.5kg for 1 rep which I was pretty pleased about. Can't remember my highest dead off-hand but think it was about 180kg, and my bench is crap. Never done a 1RM but reckon it'd be about 100kg. Don't really do BB bench any more though.
