RE: how often should i train grip?
helpful hint: pit your CoC's in a time-lock safe, for like, 3 weeks. concentrate on lever work, pinching, p-curls and bending and when you come back to them in three weeks, not only will you have progressed faster at all the other grip stuff [because you haven't been showing off to your mates and inadvertently fatiuging your muscles] but yu will actually be better at crushing them!!! thats what i found. my #2 is about 0.5-1mm away from shut now, it only took 3 weeks to go from 2cm til closed, to that. by NOT useing it at all!!
