how this lookin?
am doing frankies 5x5 routine and finding gains are going well, yet am wondering why i have seen some people change it so they do 4x6 and 3x8 on some of the less 'great mass builders', will doing 3x8 on things like bicep curls do better than 5x5?
also, diet wise, in my first 12 weeks of the program i found that i had put on more excess body fat then was necessary- about 3 inches!!! have tried to revise my diet and was wondering if anyone could take a look...

189.5 grams carbs
183.9 grams protein
60.6 grams fats
this IS NOT including the omlet i have that contains three egg yolks and six egg whites- couldnt find the info on them!
looking at it like this, maybe i need more fat and less carbs? maybe a bit more protein?
breaks down to;
80g oats in skimmed milk
50g protein powder
6egg whites, 3yolks
ketchup for taste
2 chicken breasts
50-60g brown rice
tablespoon olive oil
i included more fruit and veg at meals and have teaspoon as flax oil at meals. felt that i was previously eating too many carbs as was putting on fat gains quite quick, would you say this was enough food? i am 76kg, 6ft
